Corporate Training
Sandy Smith often conducts training as follow-on
to a keynote address in which the audience says, “Show me
more.”
Sandy conducts extensive research into what issues led to the need
for training and what his clients expect from the training in terms
of behavior and results. Then he carefully crafts the agenda to meet
those objectives as well as to fit into the training timetable and
format.
Sandy’s presentation style encourages
meaningful interaction with participants in the training and to
test their understanding and receptivity to discussion items. As
time allows, Sandy incorporates engaging real-world exercises into
the training so that students have the opportunity to interact with
one another and to begin practicing what they learn.
Sandy typically uses pertinent audiovisual content to make the training
more interesting and to help punctuate key points. He also provides
the students with printed material that summarizes and expands the
training content and serves as a useful reference source.
